The gearboxes are ideal for achieving maximum output torque, and their hollow output shaft connects perfectly with circular flanges and reduces the installation space. BJ-Gear offers three types of planetary gearboxes with output flange. The premium type (helical gear): PHF (output flange) and PHFR (right angle). The precision type (helical gear): PGF (output flange).

The PHF Series of planetary gearboxes with output flange provide a wide range of performance levels for the requirements of the industry of motion control applications. The planetary gearboxes with output flange have taper rolling bearings with bending moment load capacity up to 21,850 N, and an axial load capacity up to 6,080 N.

PHFR Series

Planetary gearheads - output flange

The PHFR Series of right angle planetary gearboxes with output flange has a round mounting flange and a caged precision class helical planetary speed reducer in a right angle housing. The gearboxes have ISO 9409 flange output, high torque capacity and a quiet operation with backlash as low as <2 arc-minutes. The right angle gearboxes with output flange provide a wide range of performance levels for the requirements of the industry of motion control applications in particular when high precision and high torsional rigidity are required. The gearboxes also have tapered roller bearings with bending moment load capacity up to 6,500 Nm and an axial load capacity up to 21,8550 N. The PHFR Series is specially suited to work with pinion and rack for linear operation, and commonly adapted in metal cutting machines, wood processing equipment, machine centers and high dynamic motion control systems.

The advanced precision PGF Series of right angle planetary gearboxes with output flange has a design that is suitable for combined operation with servo motor and to achieve maximum output torque. The gearboxes have a hollow output shaft that connects perfectly with a circular flange resulting in a drastically reduction of installation space.
