BJ-Gear has installed 8 charging stations for a total of 15 electric or hybrid cars and you have the opportunity to charge your car while visiting BJ-Gear.
Charging electric or hybrid cars at BJ-Gear A / S
At BJ-Gear, we strive for our company and employees to achieve increased environmental awareness. We continuously expand our environmental efforts by e.g. to reduce the annual energy consumption (total kWh) and through new technologies to reduce our CO2 emissions by recovering the heat from machines and control our electricity consumption by means of central IHC (Intelligent House Control) controls, so that the consumption can be adapted as best as possible.
Due to the increasing sales of electric and hybrid cars, it is a matter of course that we now have installed 8 new charging stations for a total of 15 electric or hybrid cars. More and more of our employees have already or intend to acquire a hybrid or electric car next time they purchase a car and we are therefore very excited that we now can offer charging stations at our production site so our employees can charge thier car before the trip home.
And now we are happy to announce that we are able to provide our guest and visitors the opportunity to charged their car while visiting us at BJ-gear. The price for the time being is DKK 3.50 per. kWh. We follow the market price which can change over time.
To be able to use our electric charging stations, there is a procedure you must follow and a smartphone application you need to download.

You will need to do the following:
- Download the Monta application for your smartphone. Use the link below.
- Register as a user in the Monta application.
- Add payment or credit card and select your car model.
- Fill out the form further down the page for apply for access for our charging stations.
- Accept the invitation under notifications in the Monta application.
- Select charging stations on arrival at BJ-Gear and plug-in. (Charging stations 1-4 at the main entrance)
- Start charging in the Monta application.
- Stop charging in the Monta application before leaving BJ-Gear.

GDPR and of personal data
BJ-Gear A / S is subject to the applicable GDPR rules. Your personal data is stored for the time permitted by law and we delete it when it is no longer needed. The period depends on the nature of the data and the background for storage. Therefore, it is not possible to specify a time frame for deleting the data.
Should you wish to use our charging stands again on your next visit to BJ-Gear, you must contact BJ-Gear A / S for setting up an access to charge an electric or hybrid car ones again if more than 6 months have passed since your last visit.
