Employees' professional skills and dedication constitute the foundation for BJ-Gear A/S' success. Since 1964 we have been focusing on producing and supplying technological transmission solutions of high quality.
Today the majority of our production consists of individual special gearboxes and other customised solutions of which approx. 60% are for direct export. Technologically, we are at the forefront of CNC machining centers and modern robots, but at the same time keeping up strong craft traditions.
Our sales engineers, development engineers, operational staff, machine operators, warehouse staff and administrative staff are daily occupied with varying and challenging work tasks in a company where independent responsibility, well-being, job satisfaction and respect through out the organisation is a natural matter.
